CIBC Canada No Fee Chequing Account Review

CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) is one of Canadas largest and most popular banking institutions. When it comes to no fee daily chequing account, CIBC really doesn't have too many options available. CIBC offers one option when it comes to no fee chequing. Similar to TD and BMO it requires a minimum balance requirement. Its not a very competitive option compared to the other major banks in Canda.

CIBC Smart Account (No Monthly Fee with $3,000 Min Balance +)

The CIBC Smart Account is the only fee free chequing account option that CIBC offers. If your someone who doesn't do a whole lot of banking its not a bad option but it requires a minimum balance as well as the set up of a direct deposit and or 2 pre authorized payments in a given month.
